Though Roderick is known by many for his sword swallowing feats, escape art and cutting edge psychological magic, he is also a very active Medieval Events performer. Working in such an environment with skills of conjuring, combined with Roderick’s natural academic tendencies, has led to a certain interest and familiarity with the history of Medieval magic. As a result, Roderick is now working on, in conjunction with the Phoenix Roost Tavern, a series of lectures and demonstrations on the subject of magic in the Middle Ages, and plans also to further develop this work into a small book.
